NOC-as-a-Service (NOCaaS) provides 24/7 pre-emptive monitoring services for our clients’ on-premise systems and networks, serving to capture all amber and red alerts for user notification and immediate remedy. Our clients also receive regular system health reports as part of the service. Additionally, clients have the option to add on premium services including automated vendor escalation, on-site troubleshooting, and application monitoring.

TeleAce meets our clients’ SLA to provide effective and efficient disaster recovery services. By setting up at an external location either at a preferred data centre or TeleAce data centre facilities, we ensure that data is secure and safeguarded even during a disaster. Our specialists will work to recover essential data in accordance with our Service Level Agreement so that business is up and running within the promised timeline.
